We're delivering some of our courses remotely using a range of methods including virtual classes, pre-recorded content and uploading of work to online platforms. 

These courses include:


Exercising Safely Online 
Tutors demonstrating on our online courses have made every reasonable effort to ensure that the content is safe but as they cannot be in the room with you, the responsibility for participating in any exercise or individual activity rests with you.

If you normally modify movements due to injury, pregnancy, conditions, please make sure you keep doing so, and use pillows, blankets or other objects as props to support your practice.  

If at any time during your course you feel any unusual pain or discomfort, you should stop exercising immediately.
