About Idea Store Learning
Idea Store Learning is the Adult and Community Learning service for Tower Hamlets Council and we are committed to ensuring that learning opportunities are continuing to be delivered. The Idea Stores and the Shadwell centre are closed to the public until further notice, but we are endeavouring to deliver ongoing programmes with new arrangements.
We are delivering our courses remotely using a range of methods including virtual classes, pre-recorded content and uploading of work to online platforms. We are staying in regular contact with our learners via phone and email.
If you are a current learner and have questions about your course, please email email@example.com with your name, course title and/or number and the name of your tutor, so that we can help you.
If you enrolled on a course which was due to start this term and would like to apply for a refund, please complete the Request for Reimbursement of Tuition Fees form If you are unsure which course you enrolled on, you can check our 2019/20 Course Guide. [PDF 4.7Mb]
If you are interested in enrolling on an Idea Store Learning course in the future, please keep checking this page for updates. You can find out more about the courses we teach by visiting our curriculum pages.
Whilst you wait for our classes to reopen, there are lots of other ways to continue your learning. Here are just a few examples:
