Disability Pride Month - Terms and Conditions

  1. By entering the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions.
  2. The prize draw is being run by Idea Stores, London Borough of Tower Hamlets

Eligibility to enter

  1. The prize draw is open to Tower Hamlets residents aged 16 or over
  2. The prize draw is free to enter.
  3. In submitting your story you are giving permission for Idea Stores to use the reviews in marketing and communications, including social media.

How to enter

  1. To enter the prize draw simply share your stories of resilience, creativity, and triumph. You can submit your story online or collect a form from the helpdesk at an Idea Store/Library. Paper entries must be returned to a member of staff.
  2. Idea Stores will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prize

  1. The prize will be one £25 Amazon voucher.
  2. Idea Stores use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
  3. The winner will chosen by a panel of judges
  4. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
  5. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
  6. The decision of Idea Store regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

  1. The winner will be notified after 1 August 2024 via the email provided.
  2. Idea Stores will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
  3. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Idea Stores reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
