Request for Reimbursement of Tuition Fees (including COVID-19 Period)

If your course ran between April – July 2020 and was cancelled due to COVID 19, you can claim for a full refund. The cut off period for all COVID 19 related claims is 30th November 2020.

If you are claiming a refund on a course running between September – December 2020, please state the reason clearly below. Your claim will be reviewed by the course manager for authorisation. If your claim is rejected, the course manager will contact you. Please note courses will be subject to the £11 processing charge as per terms and conditions printed in the course guide.

We will be making reimbursements direct to your bank account. Please provide your course and bank details below.

If you have made the original payment by card you can be reimbursed back to the card. Remember to check the box at the bottom of the form.

If you are making multiple claims, please list all your courses below and submit one form.
For example, Course Code: C3131, C4201, C4322, C0128
Course Title: Ballet Floor Barre, Ballet Beginners, Ballet Improvers, Spanish Intermediate
