Request for Reimbursement of Tuition Fees (including COVID-19 Period)

If you have enrolled on a course running in 2021 and the course is cancelled due to the escalating COVID19 situation, you will automatically receive a full refund. If your course is converted from face to face to online learning and you do not want to participate online, please complete the claim form below. You will receive a full refund.

We will be making reimbursements direct to your bank account. Please provide your course and bank details below.

If you have made the original payment by card you can be reimbursed back to the card. Remember to check the box at the bottom of the form.

If you are making multiple claims, please list all your courses below and submit one form.
For example, Course Code: C3131, C4201, C4322, C0128
Course Title: Ballet Floor Barre, Ballet Beginners, Ballet Improvers, Spanish Intermediate
